IMPROVING THE SCIENTIFIC BASIS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF NON-TRADITIONAL EMPLOYMENT FORMS IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE INNOVATIVE ECONOMY

Abstract

The article examines the evolution of scientific views on the development of non-traditional employment, development factors of non-traditional employment, classification criteria and forms, as well as the experience of foreign countries in this regard and the possibilities of its use. In addition, the author's definition of the concepts of "non-traditional employment", "flexible employment" is given, the spread of non-traditional employment in modern society is determined from the point of view of rational use of working time, and the indicators for evaluating the impact on the labor market are proposed.
